In case reporting of urgent samples, the cost will be charged as double and the reporting time will be top priority basis.
In case of sample is failed, test may be repeated and duration will very accordingly.
Sample should be in accordance with Pakistan Standards procedures
Sample of Milk, Banaspati, Cooking Oils, Sugar, Honey and other food items either Open Market or Factory, should be in original packing and sealed.
Samples from SDC should be in sealed envelope with stamped.
Extra ordinary situation such as electricity failure or equipment failure or unavailability of chemicals. Reports can be delay. QCC will not be talking any responsibility for any loss.
Ordinary and urgent samples will be reported on first come first basis respectively.
