There are two procedure for apply for testing of products

1. Regulatory testing Scheme
2. Commercial Testing Scheme

1. Regulatory testing Scheme:

The items fall under mandatory list are being tested under regulatory testing scheme.

The following steps are applied:

• The field officer of Conformity Assessment division collects two sealed sample. The one of the sample sent to the laboratory as per Pakistan Conformity Assessment Rules.

• The test results within time period as described by the QCC are been sent to relevant CA office for farther action.

2. Commercial Testing Scheme

Products under this scheme other then compulsory product are being tested the following steps are being applied:

• Customer provide sealed sample along with testing fees pay order/DD in sample collection points.

• The samples are segregated and tagged accordingly and sent to Director QCC Office.

• The Director sends this sample to the laboratory for testing against relevant Pakistan /International Standards as required by the client.

• The relevant laboratory tests the sample within stipulated time period and sent the test report to Director Lab/QCC for review and approved.

• The printed test report handed over to clients.
